All Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the Strathmore Thunder Fastpitch organization is required to complete the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders module.
The Respect in Sport Activity Leader/Coach Program educates youth leaders, coaches, managers and officials to recognize, understand and respond to issues of bullying, abuse, harassment and discrimination (BAHD).
